Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you request early access, we collect:

• your full name, work email, company, role and accounting system;
• your company’s annual revenue range and a note, if you choose to add them.

If you email us, we collect your email address and what you write.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies on the Site, and our fonts are served from our own site.

Please don’t send us bank details, invoices, passwords or files about a fraud case. We don’t need any of it.

We use the information you give us to:

• reply to your request and talk with you about early access;
• decide whether Signed is a fit for your company.

We use server logs to run the Site, keep it secure and stop spam and abuse. We may also use personal information to comply with the law, to respond to lawful requests and to protect our rights and the rights of others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run the Site for us: Vercel hosts the Site, Resend delivers form requests by email, and Porkbun forwards our email. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
• Professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants, when they advise us.
• Authorities and others, when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or that it is needed to protect rights, safety or property.
• A company we form or that takes over our business, including the company Signed forms, and the parties to a financing, merger or sale, who must protect it as this policy describes.

We keep early-access requests and our emails with you for as long as we need them to talk with you about early access, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short time and then deleted.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@getsignedai.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.

Depending on where you live, U.S. state privacy laws may give you more rights, such as the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale, of targeted advertising and of certain profiling. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising or use it for profiling. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. An authorized agent may make a request for you if we can confirm they act for you.

Because we do not track you, there is nothing to opt out of with a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. Security risk is part of every website and email system, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States or other countries, where privacy laws may be less protective than where you live.

The Site is for business users and is not meant for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site links to the public sources it cites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may change this policy. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and post the new version on the Site.
