Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at getsignedai.com (the “Site”), run by Signed (“Signed,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Signed has not yet formed a company. When it does, we will update these Terms to name it.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What the Site is

The Site describes Signed. The product described may change before it is generally available.

Signed is a technology company, not a bank. Signed does not hold, move or insure money.

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a contract, or financial, legal or security advice. Requesting early access starts a conversation. It isn’t a reservation or a contract.

The demos and pictures on the Site are simulations with invented names. No real keys, phones or payments are involved.

2. Using the Site

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to view and use the Site. You may not:

  • copy, sell, resell or commercially exploit the Site or its content, except as these Terms allow;
  • change, reverse engineer or build a competing product or service from the Site;
  • interfere with the Site or its security, or send spam or harmful code through it;
  • send us someone else’s personal information without their permission, or information you are not allowed to share.

We may change, suspend or stop the Site at any time.

3. Ownership

The Site and its content, including the Signed name and wordmark, belong to Signed or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights. The sources the Site quotes belong to their owners, and quoting them does not mean they endorse Signed.

4. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely, without payment or credit. Please don’t send feedback you consider confidential.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information sent through the Site. It is part of these Terms.

6. Other websites

The Site links to public sources. We do not control or endorse them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO $50.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, from claims that arise because you broke these Terms or the law in using the Site.

10. Disputes

If you have a dispute about the Site, please email hello@getsignedai.com first, and we will try in good faith to resolve it with you. These Terms will name the governing law and how disputes are resolved once Signed forms a company.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and post the new version on the Site. Using the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.

12. General

If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a part is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms; we may. You agree that we can send you notices by email or on the Site.
