AI agents are taking on payment work for finance teams, and shopping for people. They work at machine speed. The question is who still decides where the money goes.
We think people do. Preparing a payment is not the authority to approve it. An agent needs clear limits on what it may pay alone. And an approved payment should never become a blank check.
So every agent gets a key of its own and a mandate that defines what it may pay alone and what needs a person. Inside it, the agent works. Outside it, the payment waits for the right people to sign on their own phones. Change one detail, and it needs fresh approval.

Compliance first
Controls are built in from the start, not added later. Payments over your threshold need two signatures. The record shows who approved each payment, what they approved and whether anything changed afterward, and you can hand it to your auditor.
Tailored to client needs
Every team pays differently. Finance decides who signs, above what amount and for which payees, so routine payments go through and unusual ones wait. Banks, apps and merchants add the check inside the app their customers already use.
Reliability
Payments keep moving when an approver is out, because a rule can name a pool, like any two of four. Our own data center backs up the cloud. If both are ever down, the gate is designed to stay closed.
